2.Acceptance
By placing an order through mythium.store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) and that you accept these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
3.Products
We sell tabletop miniatures and related accessories. All products are described and depicted to the best of our ability. Minor variations in colour, finish, or appearance may occur due to the nature of acrylic production and screen rendering. Such variations do not constitute a defect.
Custom products created through Create Your Own Mini are produced based on specifications provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of submitted specifications.
4.Orders and contract formation
A contract of sale is formed once we send an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the event of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled by us, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
5.Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order through the payment providers integrated in our checkout.
6.Delivery
Estimated delivery times and shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
7.Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Exclusions apply to custom-made products under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
8.Conformity and warranty
Products must conform to the contract of sale as required by EU consumer law. If a product is non-conforming, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund in accordance with applicable law. Contact us at info@mythium.store within a reasonable period after discovering the issue.
9.Intellectual property
All designs, illustrations, photography, text, and other content on mythium.store are the intellectual property of Mythium or its licensors. Purchase of a product grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the product for private hobby and tabletop gaming purposes. Commercial reproduction, casting, 3D-scanning, resale of derivatives, or other commercial use is not permitted without written permission.
For custom orders through Create Your Own Mini: the customer retains ownership of any artwork or specifications they submit and grants Mythium a limited, non-exclusive licence to produce, package, and ship the resulting product.
10.Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order in question, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11.Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs holds, supplier disruptions, or other force majeure events.
12.Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@mythium.store. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
14.Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force on the date of your order. The latest version is always available at mythium.store.
