Refund policy
Right of withdrawal (EU)
As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to info@mythium.store before the 14-day period expires.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of return shipment, whichever is earliest.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@mythium.store within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the standard right of withdrawal applies.
Non-returnable items
The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Custom-created miniatures made to your personal specifications through Create Your Own Mini. These are made to order and are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
