Where we ship
Mythium ships within the Netherlands, across the European Union and the United Kindom. All orders are shipped via PostNL with Track & Trace.
Dispatch
We try to dispatch standard orders are within 2 business days of payment confirmation. If your order can not be dispatched within this timeframe, we will contact you personally. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Made-to-order products
Custom miniatures created through Create Your Own Mini are produced after your order is placed. Standard delivery times apply after dispatch. See our Create Your Own Mini Terms for full details.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria: 1–4 business days

- Netherlands: €4,50| Free for orders over €40
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany & Austria: €6,50 | Free for orders over €40

Tracking
All orders include track & trace. You will receive your tracking link by email after dispatch.
Customs & import duties
Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. Orders to the United Kingdom and other non-EU destinations may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@mythium.store and we will look into it. Orders are considered lost only after the carrier confirms loss in transit.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Re-shipment costs in such cases are the customer’s responsibility.
