Where we ship
Mythium currently ships to the following countries:
- Netherlands
- Germany
- Belgium
- Austria
- France
We are expanding step by step to more countries.
Dispatch
Standard orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Made-to-order products
Custom miniatures created through Create Your Own Mini are produced after your order is placed. Production typically takes 1-2 weeks before the order is dispatched. Standard delivery times apply after dispatch. See our Create Your Own Mini Terms for full details.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates based on PostNL data. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium, Germany: 2–3 business days
- Austria, France: 3–5 business days
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: €3.95 — free on orders over €40
- Germany, Belgium, Austria, France: €5.95 — free on orders over €60
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Tracking
All orders include track & trace. You will receive your tracking link by email after dispatch.
Customs & import duties
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands within the EU customs union. No customs fees or additional import duties apply.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@mythium.store and we will look into it. Orders are considered lost only after the carrier confirms loss in transit.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Re-shipment costs in such cases are the customer’s responsibility.
