Create Your Own Mini Terms

These terms apply to all custom miniatures ordered through Create Your Own Mini. They supplement our general Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy.
Made to order
Every custom miniature is produced after you confirm your order. Production typically takes 1 to 3 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. Standard shipping times apply after dispatch, see our Shipping Policy.
Sizing
You choose your size, we handle the precise scaling using our tabletop-standard template, so your miniature fits correctly alongside other figures on the table.
The configurator preview
The on-screen preview is an automated visualisation designed to give you a general impression of your finished miniature. Small inaccuracies in silhouette or composition can occur in the preview.
Your uploaded artwork is reproduced exactly as provided. Final cutlines are always made by hand by our production team for the cleanest possible composition, the actual result is typically smoother and cleaner than the automated preview suggests.
Material and finish
- 4 mm premium acrylic
- The print is enclosed between two acrylic layers, making it scratch-resistant and built to last
- No painting or finishing required, ready to play out of the packaging
- Base included with every miniature
File review and content rules
Every order is manually reviewed before production begins. We check uploaded files for resolution, print readiness, and overall quality. If we detect an issue that could significantly affect the result, we will contact you before proceeding with production.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing artwork that:
- Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal or clearly offensive content
- Cannot be reproduced to our quality standards
If we cancel an order on these grounds, the full amount paid is refunded.
Right of withdrawal — exclusion
Custom miniatures created through Create Your Own Mini are made-to-order, personalised products. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made or personalised to the consumer's specifications.
This exemption is established under EU law and is standard practice across the custom print and personalised goods industry.
Cancellation before production
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as production has not started. Contact us at info@mythium.store as soon as possible after ordering. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Quality guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every custom miniature. If there is a defect on our side print, we will reproduce your order at no additional cost.
For production defects: you do not need to return the original item, and you will not be charged additional shipping costs for the replacement.
To report a quality issue, contact us at info@mythium.store within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day and process replacements as quickly as possible.
Non-defect returns
If you would like to return your custom miniature for a reason other than a defect on our side, please get in touch. We always try to find a fair solution.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
